1. Moving out early : Tenant have to inform to Landlord at least 2weeks in advance.
2. Cohabitation rules:: 3 strike out !!!
Landlord shall give 7 days to tenant after expelled notice of the lease and tenant shall pay rent and move out on notified date.
1)All members are expected to act as gentlemen. Respect and care should be shown at all times towards guests and all members. Each member is responsible for the conduct of his guest.
2)No illegal drug use will be permitted on the property
3)Guests are not allowed to stay during 7pm~11am.(Dining is not allowed with friends.)
4)No smoking in the building
5)Eating is permitted in the dining room only. All trash, crumbs, etc. will be cleaned up immediately after eating. All dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. will be washed, dried, and put away immediately after eating.
6)Quiet hours will be from 11 p.m. until 9 am
7)We are not responsible for any lost items at common room
8)Don’t leave leftovers in the room because of insect problems
9)No shoes in side the house (Korean style)
10)New rules can be added by landlord or tenants
